Okay, you know how we said that Splinter was Clark's Shattered? No. No, that was a decent episode, but no. This? Was Clark's Shattered. And it was the best Smallville episode in the past three seasons.  Okay, so fine, I wrote this a while back and I don't have Oliver's personality down at all, and I think I even didn't do Chloe or Clark that well, but in my last post my first two comments were "didn't you say you wrote chloe/oliver/clark already?" and "what do you mean it sucks, you never suck!" so... i won't be typing at length any time soon, so i thought i'd give you guys a project.... help me come up with suggestions for this smallville fic i'm writing... here's what i have so far. * The Sexual Education of Clark Kent, Boy WonderClark’s always kind of thought he was pretty well versed in the world’s shocking facts. It’s not that he’s blasé, or that some things still don’t shock him, because he always hopes, and always will hope, for the best. It’s that he’s seen it, or something like it, a thousand times over. It’s not like he’s shocked at the capacity people have to be underhanded and just plain mean, it’s that he’s disappointed. It’s not like he doesn’t know that politicians will sell their soul for reelection, it’s just that he’d never thought it’d be someone he knew. It’s not like he doesn’t know that everyone dies and that people he knows will die, it’s just that he hadn’t expected it to be his father. Not like that. Not then. So when people say he’s naïve he kind of shrugs it off, because he’s pretty damn sure he’s seen more than most people have or ever will have. Just because it still affects him, just because it still upsets him, doesn’t mean he didn’t know it was possible. But some things. Some things. Let’s just say: he learns a lot while he’s in college, and it’s not all in the classroom. ( help me come up with more things than these three and you get to be a co-collaborator! ) | | |

Apparently I'm having the writerly equivalent of erectile dysfunction. I can get it (the pen.. er... keyboard?) up, but I can't keep it up. I keep setting deadlines for myself and falling short. I have three SGA stories almost finished, and two of them aren't short. I have even MORE Smallville almost finished ones. It's infuriating. And, the excersize I'm doing to fix this? Is this prompt post, and even just telling myself to do five at a time isn't even working, cause this is only two. Anyway yes. The prompts were requested here, and yes, you may still request. Oh my God, seriously, I might play in other fandoms and I might love other fandoms and I might respect other shows more, but when it comes down to it, right down to it, I don't think it's possible for me to find two people hotter than Clark/Lex. I don't. I don't think it's possible. There are just so many many many reasons why I love Clark/Lex, and even if I'm currently disillusioned with Smallville and season 5 and it's writers and their propensity to fuck it up, my god, those boys. I don't even care if it's Lex and Clark or Rosenbaum and Welling, just, my god. No. Seriously. My. God. ( this is so very much all Kate's fault )So yeah. I wrote a fic too. And it was lovely to write, because it's been a while since I was fully feeling the Clex love, but who was I kidding, there will never come a time when they're not the sexiest fucking so-obvious-its-almost-canon couple EVER. So. I wrote a teeny tiny snippet of what would be an... um... interesting? An interesting SV/SPN cross over fic. If only I knew what happened to bring me here, and where the fuck I was going with it. Cause I haven't the faintest clue. So I invite you, brainstorm with me! All I know is that the spoilers for SPN are up through Nightmare, and SV are... I don't know. Current I guess. ( sv/spn snippet... )And in another vein, just so you know, I'm working on part 4 of the Sex & Pizza Rosenbaum/Ackles story, and this part is gonna be about as long as parts 1-3 combined. Apparently I can not be even. Sorry about that. It's not my fault, I had no idea it was gonna grow into a whole fucking story, it was meant to be a one parter. LOL. If I'd known it was gonna have it's own life, I'd have tried to be more consistent, either posting all of it at once, or at least making all the parts even. But this segment isn't *done*, and I'm not fond of the whole "cuts off midsentence and therefore ends on a cliffhanger" method of storytelling. | | |

Okay, this is a story I started writing after reading Lex Luthor: Man of Steel. I can't even call it a story, it's just a conversation. I mean, it's dialogue only. It's so not fleshed out. But I still think the conversation is valid. If Lex and Clark were to be friends when Clark becomes Superman, and Lex were to still be "good" and not, ya know, all comic book evil like the show seems to be pushing him towards, I really think this conversation could happen. Since it's not a full story, and really just a smattering of dialogue, I'm not gonna cross-post. But you can read it anyway, cause I think the conversation is good. I just don't know what to do with it. I'll maybe later pick it back up and make it a full ficlet though. I don't know. I don't even know if it's something ya'll'd be interested in. LOL. In fact?
